Ladies...Which Salon is the Best in Kuwait?

Going to a top salon is a must in Kuwait. Working long hours, dust, heat, wind and the water can damage our hair and skin. I want somewhere that offers a one stop shop so I can get everything done at the same time.  I am searching for that perfect salon that has knowledgeable, friendly and experienced staff that keeps up with the latest trends and techniques, high end products, first rate tools, comfortable chairs and beds, soothing music, relaxing, clean, sanitary environment, prices that match the services and not what country you are from and a convenient location with flexible hours.  I don't mind spending a lot if the services are worth it.  I'm tired of paying Manhattan prices in Kuwait for mediocre work and low end products. 

What's up with salons in Kuwait that charge Westerners twice the price and everyone else a lot less, that use cheap products, (Why does Kuwait only have L’Oreal and Wella? Is there a hair color mafia? Customers want the best like: Aveda, Redkin, Framesi, etc.), bickering staff that constantly complain to their clientele, (We came to your salon to relax and not spend the entire time listening to your internal drama!), unsanitary conditions, (You want to put that nasty wax on my what?), revolving door, (Every time you find a decent stylist they leave), untrained colorists that ruin hair on a weekly basis, (How many people do you know who had their hair ruined in Kuwait?), stylists who work on too many clients at one time, stylists who text or talk on the telephone constantly and forget you are there and I could go on and on.

Ladies, please tell me which salon in Kuwait is your top pick? Who offers the best:

Body Waxing, Eyebrow Threading or Wax, Hair Color, Highlights, Lowlights, Hair Cuts, Hair Style, Facials, Massage, Body Scrub and Spa, Hair Deep Condition / Treatment Packages with Head and Shoulder Massage, Artificial Nails (Gel / Acrylic), Manicure, Pedicure, Spray Tanning, Makeup, Eyelashes (Extension / false / dye), Fair Prices, Specials and Packages.

Salons in Kuwait I've heard about from Expats and Kuwaitis

Toni and Guy Pros: Western stylists for both women and men. (Note: You must have your hair cut by the same sex.) Convenient for those belonging to the Al Corniche Resort & Spa. Cons: expensive, not close to American contractor housing.

Soho Salon Spa ~ Pros: American co-owner, Western hair stylist, convenient location to American contractor housing, good products and chic décor. Cons: This is where I like to go for hair because it's convenient and comfortable.  BUT they can never keep a stylist for very long (they always quit) and go long periods without one, expensive.

Eden Salon Spa ~ Pros: Full service salon and spa (they have everything), nice décor, American owners and stylist that is really good. Cons: Top stylists work on more than one client at a time with a lot of text messaging in between, salon chairs are a bit close together (no privacy), expensive, must make appointment way in advance for best stylists, not an easy location to find and far from American contractor housing.

RETRO Salon

Images ~ Pros: Easy to get to off Hwy 30, 4th ring.  Open 7 days per week. Fantastic Romanian hair stylist (Flori) if she is still there, best waxing technician (Maria), great nails (artificial / gel) is Gloria and friendly staff, frequent specials for multi-treatments, many private rooms.  Cons: No Western stylists, expensive, outdated and uncomfortable hair washing stations.
